I was admitted on 4/11/25 and was unsure of my insurance provider covering services. I was told I would have to pay upfront for the stay $3800 was charged to my credit card. After I was released i checked my insurance and it was in place. I notified RBH and they bill my insurance and insurance paid $2200+ some. I have received a bill for $1500 when they actually owe me $2200+ that insurance covered. Multiple calls (over 15) to Jessica who is the Manager of billing with no response. When calling billing over 20 times one res... read more

The medications my son was put on by the psychiatrist at Cedar Ridge - Dr. Weisensel - almost cost him his life. My son was put on two different meds for his OCD - both with known serious side effects and controversy. The psychiatrist only ever agreed to one extremely brief family meeting, over a period of three months, to discuss his treatment and then she only gave us approx. 5 minutes. At about the two-month mark, the psychiatrist had increased one of our son's meds to an extremely high level, and our son had an extreme a... read more

AWFUL!!! Do not take your kids here!!! I brought my daughter to their depression recovery program and my daughter ended up killing herself and in her suicide note she said how the people there convinced her to do it. Her therapist a young Landry who’s ginger was the main cause she said. I brought her here so she could recover but she explain it to be a prison and made her mental health a lot worse

I give Rogers one star, because it requires that I give a star rating. Rogers is the only option in the state of WI which is unfortunate. Once the pandemic cools down, do yourself and/or your loved one a favor and research out-of-state facilities. Rogers didn't help my daughter in the least bit and released her before she was ready. Both my daughter and I advocated on her behalf, but their wait list is outrageous, so they are eager to get people in and out like a herd of cattle. One of their own staff filed a formal complain... read more

I had an absolutely horrific experience at Rogers and do not advise anyone who actually wants help for their OCD to seek treatment here. Awful, money hungry, negligent corporation with unprofessional and unethical staff members. My therapist completely violated HIPAA and shared my personal information with another patient who she was sexually involved with. I did not get the help I needed whatsoever and after addressing my confidentiality breach with the company and giving them the opportunity to rectify the situation, I... read more

I went to Rogers as a patient at the adolescent ocd centre. Some of the staff have very bad attitude and would be rude to me. I once had an extremely time sensitive medication which I was not able to take because the med Residential counsellor was too busy to help me. After waiting for more than 25 mins she comes out and says “sorry but you’re not my top priority right now. Just to point out that if I didn’t take this medicine I could die 🙄

Inpatient Adult Eating Disorder Unit. Be prepared to be demoralized and treated like you are inept. There are a handful of gems within the staff, but the continuity of care is very lacking. Once you are there, they try to run your insurance to zilch and then discharge you with just a few numbers, suggested support groups, but not really any follow up that will help sustain overall well being. Please consider looking at other facilities who have the whole being in mind and are willing to work with your personal idiosyncrasies... read more
