I did rogers php on telehealth for almost a month. They wanted to push extra medication on me when I was already happy with what I had. I asked to be switched to groups that would be more helpful for me and they did not switch me. I discharged early due to finding it unhelpful for what I was going through and I didnt learn anything for my symptoms. I was looking for extra help but I just got a waste of money.
Yea their "orientation" for IOP. Was a technology check and they told me I'd meet with doctors while admitted. Why are we talking doctors when I'm not admitted. I rejected them due to poor experience before orientation. They tried so hard unlike my care coordinator ms Brown. So I'll give 2 stars for their effort but the entire experience was unpleasant.
I cannot recommend the MHAR program enough. Dr. Logan is truly one of the most down-to-earth and compassionate people I have ever worked with. After struggling with different medications and feeling discouraged, they patiently guided me through the process, and for the first time, I finally feel like the right medication plan is in place. This place is horrible. The security in this place is awful. It left me traumatized and I would not recommend
I have been a patient at rogers twice, once in 2021 and one in 2023/2024. Rogers did not only save my life, but Rogers gave me my life back. I will forever be grateful for the staff who I still think about to this day.
