I don't always take time to do this but I just really appreciate this vet clinic and the staff there. Our Shih-Tzu has severe skin allergies and they always take as much time needed to answer my questions and to work to find solutions and get to the root of the problem and not just a quick fix. It is frustrating and complicated but their patience and understanding is outstanding! In addition Dr. Melanie diagnosed our dog with a knee issue and Dr. Michael performed the surgery. I started using this clinic over 30 years ago when Dr. Minnick (?) was there, so I have seen all the doctors since then!!! Hated to see Dr. Burd retire a few years ago! Dr. Blount is my go-to person....and I have every bit of confidence in him...not to mention his friendly and caring personality. The Prewitts, who have also cared for my kitties, are wonderful vets as well. The office staff and assistants are very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I recommend this clinic highly!!
I really enjoy taking my dogs here. They are soooo friendly. Helpful. Answer all my questions. They are concerned and dedicated to all animals. I love that they called me a couple days after we brought Jedi in for a check up for him being sick and getting medicine and checked up on him seeing how he was doing! That is wonderful! The place we took him a year with another issue didn't ever call us to check up on him. I will always bring my doggies here :) thank you
