Use these guys, they are the best We have been using Rogers for over two years to service our fleet vehicles. They are always fair and upfront with us. On a personal note: My brother was visiting from out of state and his alternator went out on his car. We took it in at 8am and they had a new part ordred and installed and out the door in time for him to get back to Idaho for work later the same day. I can't say how impressed I was with their efforts on our behalf.
RUN AWAY- they only made the problem worse! I went there because I saw so many good reviews, but had a bad experience. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and gave me lots of information- he seemed to know what he was talking about. I told them the car had a transmission problem. After $75 of diagnostics, they told me....yes, the car had a transmission problem. They recommended flushing the transmission for $125, so we agreed. As seen on TV Moved in from out of state and went there once already and were impressed with their honesty and fair prices. Its the only Lehi auto repair place to have been featured on national television.
High Integrity Its rare to find a mechanic you can trust. Rogers will work hard and diligently to find the cause of the malfunction. On two occasions we stumped them. They work for hours and hours until they could figure it out. The only charged for the part, plus labor. They don't charge for wasting their time. The dealer made a two-minute guess that our issue was the computer, and asked us for $900 to fix it. Saved us a lot of money This is a great repair shop...My husband usually does all of the car repairs himself...but this shop is so reasonable and so professional, we have been going there instead! PROS: Fast, friendly, affordable, and accurate. CONS: SMALL shop
I know the family well and have taken my cars to them since I have found them. Only down side is mike you won’t work on my Audi LOL! They are super I took my Subaru Legacy in needed a new engine they took care of it. I took my Tahoe there needed a transmission after my son went on a trip with his friends. Very professional! We had a winter crisis! Our heater blower quit working. I took it to Rogers Car Care in Lehi. They diagnosed the problem quickly and called with the good news. Very reasonable,honest!
I took my car to Jiffy Lube and was told that I needed a spark plug replaced. I took my car to Rogers Automotive to see how much the fix would cost. They claimed they were super slow that day and could take of me that day no problem. It took them 5 hours to check it out. I called them to see what the status was 2 hours after I dropped it off and they said they would "call me back" within the next hour with an update. They never called me back. Horrible experience!!! I took my car in and explained what was wrong and they said they would look at it that same day. 3 days I called them (since they never called me) and they said they were going to get to it that day because the technician called in sick before. 3 days later I called again (since they did not call again) and they said that they couldn't find anything oil leaking from the bottom of the car BUT THAT WASN'T WHAT I TOLD THEM WAS WRONG!!
