this is kin folk to my family, and I know for fact this business will rip you 1, EVEN FAMILY!! my granny is a widow on a fixed income, and they replaced the spark plugs (4x) of them, not 8 like a V8 has. then when it broke again , they charged her AGAIN for the other 4x!! total, nearly \$1000 for 8 spark plugs!!!!!?????? WTF! RIP-OFF!!!

Rogers automotive has been apart of the Pilot Mountain community for a long time. Most of the people working their I have known all my life or my parents and grand parents have known. Everyone is really nice and make you feel welcome! Being a woman I have to take great care not to be ripped off in the automotive industry, at Rogers Automotive I have never felt like Ive been taking advantage of which means a lot. I never go anywhere else for my automotive needs.
