I got my Appraisal back from Mr. Rogers and when I stopped crying I canceled my refinance!!! I was absolutely shocked and appalled at the amount he valued my home/property! I expected at his age that he had more experience, I was wrong 🤷♀️ I would never recommend him to anyone!
Great appraiser. With property prices down I was holding my breath. He got me all the market would bear. I had real expectations. Would recommend or use again.
