I went to this location and it was extremely busy but also extremely well ran and organized. I was assisted by Douglas who was really kind and polite. He helped me get a new plan, educating me through the process and doing so with a welcoming energy that felt genuine as opposed to sales-first. I also noticed how kind and caring the other staff members were of their job as well. Would recommend going here if you need help. 10/10

REFUSED SERVICE & FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST — DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Last night, I was sent to this Rogers store by the Fido store across the hallway because of a credit-check error. I arrived before 8:30 p.m., while the store was still open. A trainee, Maynard, initially engaged with me. I explained why I was there and that Fido had sent me over because of the credit issue. I had a wonderful experience at Rogers. Douglas helped me he was professional knowledgeable and courteous. I got the new Google pixel and he walked me through everything. I left with a new phone and understanding of my new contract Thanks for making my experience stress free and positive!
