Very dishonest experience with Assistant Manager Paras at Rogers Eaton Centre. He made false promises about the Netflix bundle, 6-device access, and a free Rogers Xfinity box just to get me to sign a contract. None of it was true. When I complained, he simply told me to cancel if I was unhappy. Extremely misleading and unethical behavior. I didn’t expect a company as big as Rogers to deceive customers this way.
