My Roger’s internet been down for 2 days in midtown keep getting the run around definitely will be going back to Bell. Poor service and can’t speak with a real customer service person it’s AI

Carol Cabrera was absolutely amazing. She handled everything perfectly and met all of my needs. She took the time to answer all of my questions and put me very much at ease. As well she made several excellent suggestions that saved me money.
Sumeet has been the most knowledgeable and patient Roger’s agent I have ever dealt with!! He made the painful process of upgrading iPhones understandable and enjoyable. Great respect for him.
