Wanda provide excellent customer service during my visit at the Rogers store. As a Rogers customer over many years at different times, I have never come across a more helpful and professional Rogers employee. Wanda took the time to address my concerns in a patient and thoughtful manner. If you are ever at the Yonge and Belsize store, seek out Wanda. Thank you Wanda for being so great in your role.
Carol was so helpful and the best person I’ve ever dealt with at Rogers. And she followed up the next day on something as well that she promised she would. I highly recommend her!!
