George was the best...so patient and helpful. He really took his time to explain everything to me..and even transferred everything from my old phone.
Ketiya was absolutely amazing! I was a long time rogers customer, I was thinking of changing my provider to save money. She thoroughly reviewed my account and got me a much better plan for my numbers. Highly recommend, definitely deserves a raise.

Amazing experience with Ketiya! She is so warm and kind and has very great customer service. Please make sure she is acknowledged for her hard work for the store! She assisted me with changing over my phone plan because I’ll be working and living in CA US Would definitely keep coming back if I need anything!!
