Served by Parmeet Singh he was very knowledgeable & helped us resolve a very complicated issue with eSIM card on new iPhone16. He went above & beyond & even contacted the escalation team & arranged for a physical SIM card after ID verification. He was very patient with us , did not rush us at all & very pleasant! He is a definite asset to this Rogers store! Thank you!!
