Parupkar was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He greeted me at the door with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Louis is the best ! Folks I have had the pleasure of dealing with Louis , he is incredible . Knows his stuff , is extremely professional and helpful , a pure asset to Rogers company. On one occasion he took my broken phone home to back it up to a hard drive and stood awake all night to do it. Common guys who does that, Louis did. I have no words to express my gratitude to him. We bought an IPhone from Apple and then a couple of days later went to this store to transfer the number from the physical sim in the old phone to the e-sim in the new phone. We were told at this location that since we had not purchased the phone from them, they would charge us $80 for the service. They said that they are a "dealer" and that we should go to the Rogers "corporate store" in the mall for help. Absolutely pathetic!!
