Rutika is really helpful. I’m facing an issue with my internet and she helped me to connect with a right person in service centre and it solved in a few minutes which I tried to solve in last one week.
Lack of staff, extremely slow, and not helpful whatsoever with my issue. 1 staff to assist all customers, which led to a simple issue taking a great deal of time due to lack of staffing. Unfortunately calling in is no better, so you’re at the mercy of attending this location.
