Working with Paul made all of the difference. He made a painfully slow process a little bit more bearable. He was very polite and clearly knew what he was talking about. I was able to get a new phone and add a line in record time.
Rutika kept saying ever will be alright and be happy. She was very patient and great with me as I hate upgrading! I highly recommend her for wonderful service.
I was rudly turned away by a female representative when I was with my 2 young daughters. The lady asked me to look up the camera above the door before being let in. All I wanted help with was to return my old TV box to which she did not help me and turned me away instead of creating a label for me to take it Purolator store to send it away. Phone lines for calling rogers takes minimum 50mins wait time. Very disapointed.
Rahim Very kind and informative. Took his time explaining different pkgs . Highly recommend this store and staff .
