The Manager Salman C. and staff were very helpful with our issue and addressed our concerns. Was able to answer our questions, and provide a solution, walked us through the issue, and made it clear and easy to understand the issue, and how it can be resolved. Left satisfied Highly recommend

Terrible service!!!Left with an unresolved issue over a Rogers-made mistake.I have two accounts at the exact same address. Staff made a data entry error by putting my middle name on one and leaving it off the other, so billing revoked my promised multi-product discount claiming they aren't linked.3 months after.
