The Manager Salman C. and staff were very helpful with our issue and addressed our concerns. Was able to answer our questions, and provide a solution, walked us through the issue, and made it clear and easy to understand the issue, and how it can be resolved. Left satisfied Highly recommend

Terrible service!!!Left with an unresolved issue over a Rogers-made mistake.I have two accounts at the exact same address. Staff made a data entry error by putting my middle name on one and leaving it off the other, so billing revoked my promised multi-product discount claiming they aren't linked.3 months after. We went in for phone service, rep told us to wait at side tables. We waited for 10+mins and no one was helping us so we went up to the rep, Albert, simply to ask for an estimate wait time and he just rudely responded “it will take time”. We asked if we could speak with someone else and he repeatedly said “I said it will take time”. He claimed that he is the acting manager of the store at the time, so we just left the store after, so rude and dismissive to customers for no reason.

I talked to the manager first who was super rude, talked down to me, and told me my location was not serviceable for internet even though I was told earlier by an employee that it was. We then waited to be helped by Albert and he was an absolute gem who got us what we needed in a timely matter.

Technically this is a review for their main tech support number but I’m adding it here to warn everyone. Spent 2 hours on hold trying to book an appointment for someone to come out and fix an exposed wire hanging down on to my street. Finally got the appointment. Got 3 confirmation texts, and a message that someone was on the way day of. No one showed up.
