I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered dealing with Amir Koosiaei at Rogers. The experience was excellent only until the sale was completed. Once the product was sold and the commission was earned, any interest in helping the customer seemed to disappear. When I had questions about the services and issues related to my account, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was even told that answering my questions was “not my job” and that his role was simply to sell products. I've been so frustrated with my phone for awhile now and was hesitant on getting a new phone. I met and worked with Dylan and when I tell you he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Dylan worked with me and was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly. He also spent the time to help me fully set up the phone and made sure everything was good to go.
