I recently visited the Rogers store after losing my phone in Lake Ontario, and I was helped by two associates, Kevian and Delya (apologies if the spelling is off). They were kind, courteous, and extremely efficient. They found me the best possible plan and phone and made a stressful situation much easier. I would like to provide feedback about my experience at the Rogers store in Dufferin Mall with a representative named Melanie. I visited the store to get clarification regarding my bill and account details, and while I was asking simple questions to better understand my situation, I found her communication style difficult to follow and, at times, uncomfortable.
