Store hours state the store is open until 5pm on Sunday. However, Julie informed us that they shut their systems down at 4:40pm. Customers are not welcome into the store after 4:40pm. The 20 minutes is for workers to close off. Thank you

1 star for Rogers. 4 stars for store. This review is mainly my beef with Rogers as a whole and not really against the store (though bought from the store). The reps at the store really tried to get me the best value or bundles and lowest prices for my contract. So for that I give 2 stars. My review for Rogers' customer service specifically is 1 star. I had to switch out of Rogers even though I was a Rogers customer for several years until I couldn't take it anymore. I had their internet, TV and home phone. Their prices were ... read more

I'm very pleased with Syed's service. He is very patient, thorough, detailed and has excellent customer service skills as he made me feel like a valued customer. I'm just very impressed by him as he helped me resolve a problem regarding someone who hacked my cell phone. Because of him, I am very happy to recommend Roger's and Fido to my friends and family.
