Amir was very helpful in working through my issues on the watch
I went to the Rogers Store @ First Canadian place. I got a new phone and I was able to transfer all of my apps and data except WhatsApp. Amir spent more than 10 minutes and helped me get WhatsApp on my new phone. They have made it complicated and Amir was able ti figure it out. Thank u for your outstanding customer service Amir, really appreciate it!

You have two employees at your exchange tower branch in downtown Toronto. Summer and Amir are absolutely so incredibly patient and kind and intelligent, that I literally have tears in my eyes. They are absolute employees of the century. I hope and pray that their bosses appreciate and compensate their unbelievable professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and patience. I’ve been without the phone for hours and hours and hours, and the problem is now fixed. They are definitely keepers!!
