Dario and Harry were extremely helpful in setting up a new iPhone, which required an eSIM instead of a physical SIM card. We started just prior to closing time, and then had a question about adding a line to my account. Long story short, they spent 45 minutes AFTER closing time helping me set up another line for my family, which even included them contacting another Rogers store to facilitate the deal. These two should be highly commended for their incredible efforts and exceptional customer service!!!
