Upon phone upgrade enquiry, I was intercepted by Tyler at Rogers, Upper Canada Mall. He knows all products and services inside out outside in and have given me professional opinion and advices. As it turns out, I found out he was the manager in the store. He wears a happy smile all the time and bear the patience with my many questions. He is super nice. I would describe that he is like one of the extinct species from the ice age (like dinosaurs) …. Coz one can hardly find someone as nice as he is in this 21st century!
