staff said wait a few minutes, waited for over 15 minutes and no one came to help. then asked again how long till I get help, said 10 minutes more. super slow staff, would not recommend for anyone trying to get decent service. I couldn’t even drop off my phone I had to do for my save a return plan. Just ruined everything trying to go to this location. Frustrated as I have the phone now and still no way to return my phone.
