I've been to a lot of phone stores over the years, and most of them are quick to tell you what they can't do. The team at Rogers Highstreet is the opposite. Every time I've needed help, they've taken the time to actually look into the situation and find a solution. You never feel rushed or brushed off. I won't get into the details, but they've saved me from a couple of major headaches. Genuine customer service is hard to find these days, and this team gets it. Much respect.

Very Disappointing Customer Service at Rogers, High Street,Abbotsford. I accompanied my sister to the Rogers store in Abbotsford twice while she was trying to resolve an account issue. I personally witnessed how her concerns were handled. The store manager, Ravi, did not properly listen to her or make a genuine effort to address the issue. The account had been opened under her name without her knowledge or permission, and she has been dealing with the consequences for the past 8 months. Very Disappointing Experience with Rogers Store Manager and Sales Representative I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Rogers store High Street Mall in Abbotsford. I originally visited the store to add my other two lines to my existing Rogers account. During this visit, the store manager, Ravi, opened a separate Rogers account under my name without my knowledge or permission.
