From the moment I explained the issue with transferring my eSIM to my replacement phone, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping me. Kavleen helped me with the process of my phone return as I got a new phone. She was friendly and nice. One thing to know when you get to the store: It might look closed but because they have a security camera and they open the door once you look into the camera.
Kavleen was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and made the process of switching my phone very seamless. Highly reccomend!
