Went into inquire about apple watch cellular for a business plan, the asian employee there seemed pretty confident there was no workaround in getting companion mode for it. Just called one of the online agents and got it done in under 15 minutes, hopefully they don't tell others with the same situation the same answer and make them feel like they can't be helped anymore.

The worst Rogers location in Ontario. Rude, incompetent and useless staff. It seems that they hate their job. Rogers should either replace the useless, incompetent staff or shut down this location. Horrible service Avoid this location to save your valuable time and stay away from the stress that is almost guaranteed when you visit this location.

Denson at this location (Oakville Place) was so helpful and so patient. I was there with my daughter for a couple hours and he was so pleasant to deal with. My phone was very old and i clearly needed a new one and he was awesome! Im not a fan of the phone places sometimes too much is thrown at you all at once but we told Denson what I was looking for and he delivered!!! Thank you Denson!!!
