10/10 customer service from Jeff! While trying to upgrade phones, we had some issues that took a very long time to get resolved and no one seemed willing to help with our problems until we spoke with Jeff. He was excellent at advocating for us and ensuring things got resolved as quickly as possible.

I'm not sure where to start but stay away from this carrier. They have the worst coverage in the area, no loaner phones so if you need to use your device protection your without a phone for the better part of a month. Changed my plan to one that was better, was 7$ more a month, get my new bill $318 a month apparently for cell phone plan. Good job Rogers, moving to eastlink, cause I'll tell ya, can't be worse. Impossible.
Switched phones over to Rogers with Ashleigh's assistance. She was very helpful & patient. Appreciated her suggestions. Great customer service.
Osman at the store is very courteous, helpful and went way out of his way to assist us with our three phone transfers from Bell. Spending tons of time with us and being very patient.
