If they offered 10 stars that’s what I would give my experience today at Roger’s store on Davis drive in Newmarket. The agent whose name is Andrew was such a well mannered, humble young man. First he greeted me with a smile & helped me with my issue. It took us a bit of time because they just got new systems & it kept stalling. I had such a positive experience at the Rogers store, thanks to Madison, Amir and Brandon. They were all incredibly accommodating, patient and helpful while assisting me with a somewhat complicated situation involving setting up Power of Attorney on my mother’s account. They took the time to work through everything with me, communicate with online customer support, and make sure I understood the process. Terrible internet speed and random disconnects throughout regularly. Im sure the cell service is great but please dont us the internet. Im trying to cancel internet service and was told I'd be charged $570 for discontinuing a service that never provided speeds even ½ the advertised speed. Use Bell or Telmax
I had such a great experience at this Rogers location! Amir, Bilal, and Andrew were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me. I had recently switched to Rogers from another carrier and was promised by a door-to-door sales representative that my existing phone number would be ported over.
