I shouldn’t even give him one star I went in there to fix my tablet. They gave me a phone number. I walked back to my house and screaming heat. I phoned useless Robert Rogers nobody picks up. They gave me the phone number and they won’t help me either and the store should help me isn’t that sad story should’ve guided me through it and helped me but they didn’t. Very nice experience at this location. Andrew helped me with my questions. He patiently spent time trying to fix a problem with my mobility. Very good customer service, very clean and organized store too.
Andrew is very knowledgeable, experienced and efficient, and always ready to go above and beyond to help us out. My husband and I just got new phones and Andrew helped us to get the right phones and plan and searched to find some savings for us which was great. He has helped us many other times before, and whether it was for a big problem or a simple fix, he always did it efficiently and with a smile.
