My wife and I attended the Rogers Store at the Burlington Mall with regards to data problem with our phone. Stan helped us with the problem, he was very kind and professional. Thank you Stan.
Did not end up getting a phone at this location because they needed additional ID (reasonable) that I didn't have but the staff were excellent!

Carlo was extremely helpful and assisted me with my phone upgrade. I highly recommend going to see him with any cellphone issues.
This is arguably the worst experience i have ever seen, came in the other day to return a piece of equipment, was very tired after the drive, went in and talked to the customer service representative named Jax I think. I asked if I can return it, he immediately declined, saying it can’t be done, but I was told on the phone to drop it at any location. He just doesn’t want to do any work.
