Enjoys paying their employees as little as possible (not talking about just myself here). Holds mere dollars above the heads of the guys who bust their asses for this company and it makes me sick. Management on big jobs can be pretty unorganized and sloppy. Material is always a nightmare. Depending on which branch of the company you work for, certain people get treated way better than others…. They work you nights and days and nights again. You can not add your check up because of a crazy payroll system they have. I believe they are stealing from the workers. They cheat you out of drive time Scott the service manager is discriminate degenerate. He would not provide me with ladders for 8 months of working there saying he doesn't give ladders to everyone because they come up missing. Nothing on my truck ever came up missing I finished every job and he made it a stressful work environment. Pay week is Friday to Thurs... read more
