I had the opportunity to intern with the marketing team at Rogers Electric this summer. It was such a rewarding experience. I was welcomed into such a collaborative environment where I was given real meaningful work. It was a very fulfilling summer writing blogs and doing social media work for the company. Enjoys paying their employees as little as possible (not talking about just myself here). Holds mere dollars above the heads of the guys who bust their asses for this company and it makes me sick. Management on big jobs can be pretty unorganized and sloppy. Material is always a nightmare. Depending on which branch of the company you work for, certain people get treated way better than others…. If you know what I mean…. Management tells you very last second where to go next. Bonuses are horrible for literally making millions ... read more
