I would give zero stars but that is not an option. The sign says open yet no one comes to help you . The window is closed with a sign saying. DO NOT OPEN WINDOW and DO NOT KNOCk. We don’t mind waiting if we had an idea of how long but to have no one come out and acknowledge that you’re even there is very unprofessional and frustrating. After 15 min of not seeing anyone we left for another lab.
I fasted for over 12 hours for extensive blood work and got a ride to have blood drawn and urine specimen to arrive at 8am. I found the door was locked with a sign saying that the office would be open at noon, and apologizes for any inconvenience. The cold apologetic note was very disappointing. I had a full bladder and was extremely hungry. I had to hold a full bladder and find another lab. Finely got to one at 10:30am. The closure of this office was a huge inconvenience!
