I purchased a vehicle from the kind folks here about 6 months ago. Best car buying experience I've ever had. They were so friendly, like we were neighbors. Zero pressure and produced the car fax without me having to ask. I checked the kbb value of the vehicle and the price I paid was very fair. I kind of expected it to be marked up beyond the value, but the cost was fell somewhere in the middle of the actual value range. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! First off, let me give praise to Randy. He was so kind, patient and helpful. While he offered zero pressure, I could tell how important it was to him that I bought a car that would truly make me happy. He never treated me like a girl or tried to take advantage of the fact that I am clueless when it comes to cars. After a several days of searching for a used car for our daughter I found Roger Williams Auto sales. What a pleasure! After being shown out right broken down cars and being pressured to buy anything and everything for days, we met Randy who was the complete opposite. Amazing and super friendly. Bought an affordable used car, Thelissa set up all the paper work quickly and made everything up front and easy to understand. Found a super small problem with the cars suppers the next day, she got us an appointment right away with a mechanic to get it fixed, no cost under warranty. Would definitely buy my next used car from them!
