Roger was awesome at advising on what remodeling work would fetch the best sales price on a Longmont condo that was converted from a dated rental property to a move-in ready showpiece. Unfortunately, the former tenants allowed the condo to go downhill and was in disrepair. With the housing market so crazy these days, we were very lucky to have an agent like Roger Walker in our corner. We bought a house in Boulder about 7 years ago, in a relative “buyers market”, and just sold it in this “sellers market gone wild”.
