We’re first-time homeowners who used Roger Walker to buy a Longmont property in April 2025, and had *no idea* what we were doing. Roger was awesome at advising on what remodeling work would fetch the best sales price on a Longmont condo that was converted from a dated rental property to a move-in ready showpiece. Unfortunately, the former tenants allowed the condo to go downhill and was in disrepair. With the housing market so crazy these days, we were very lucky to have an agent like Roger Walker in our corner.
