The 1st time I went to him he told me he would do my toes surgeries, Now 2 visits later he tells me NO he will not because I am diabetic and it would kill me! No I have had many surgeries before and all was fine, The reason my own Dr sent me to him was for him to take care of the 2 bunions on feet, he tells me oh I do not to them you'll have to go to your own Dr. It's a waste of time going to this man if he will not help you. ATTENTION COSTCO EMPLOYEES!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Dr. Tsutsumi is an amazing dr and person. Hes very kind and knows what hes doing. However, his front office staff are LIARS!!! They just want to make the patients pay for their deductible all upfront. Because we couldn't afford our deductible the billing manager said she had to charge us for our co-pay and the office visit. I know she was incorrect and so we asked to see the dr again and she kept refusing him until we got upset. Of course Dr. T is awesome so he decided to waiv... read more
Dr. Tsutsumi and his staff are very kind, professional, knowledgable, careful and responsible. They always have treated my patient that I provide care for as extended family and effectively addressed her concerns. Highly recommended for anyone with foot-care concerns.
Dr. Tsutsumi is wonderful. Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable and thorough. Friendly staff. He takes x-rays in house and reads them right away which I love.
