I don't know what's going on at this office, but I've had my last 3 visits cancelled and the 3rd visit I found out it was cancelled by calling them to check the time of my appt the day of. I've had multiple PA's quit the practice there and now I have to act as if I'm a new patient there, when I've been going there for 5 years now. Get it together people. Figure out why you have so many PA's quitting on you and fix the problem. Also let patients know when their appointments are cancelled prior to the appt date.
Dr. Roger Shih is an awesome doctor. He really cares about you and really listens to you. Love him.
