My husband and I worked with Roger to find new tenants for our rental property and couldn't have been happier. Roger is phenomenal at what he does and goes above and beyond on every aspect of the rental process. Short version: I hired Roger as a buyer's agent because he was someone I felt comfortable with and he had an extensive knowledge of the area where I was hoping to buy. I had some particular needs around a home office which meant that in addition to the usual yada, yada, yada-- budget this, location that-- I needed someone who would get what was unique about my situation. Roger is great to work with; he listened patiently, offered advice when we needed it, addressed all of our (many) questions and concerns, and made sure to be with us when we asked for his presence at open houses, home inspections, etc. He was always honest with us about his professional opinion and helped us not just jump into the first option we saw.
