Does not belong in the profession. Terrible experience. No patient should be left alone with that man. Lacks respect, empathy, ethics, compassion. Escalates into anger quickly when his opinion is challenged. Since he also screens personnel at the Denny Ave. facility, they also operate in like mode. Over medication, isolation, no communication is the standard. Very sad for our seniors and their families. Moral: Always ask for a second opinion! Dr. Ridgeway was horrible. I saw him in 2017 for my severe anxiety after years of struggling. He asked if I had experienced a different life do I think I would still have anxiety. How would I possibly know the answer to that? He asked had I tried just letting go of what I had been through and getting over it to see if that would help, as though I was simply choosing this.
