First interaction via phone call was very rude
Does not belong in the profession. Terrible experience. No patient should be left alone with that man. Lacks respect, empathy, ethics, compassion. Escalates into anger quickly when his opinion is challenged. Since he also screens personnel at the Denny Ave. facility, they also operate in like mode. Over medication, isolation, no communication is the standard. Very sad for our seniors and their families. Moral: Always ask for a second opinion!
