Dr. Ray is very thorough and was honest to say I don't need surgery! I can't make comment on his abilities as a surgeon, but I can say he took his time evaluating my issues, listening to me and, in general, displayed an excellent bedside manner. His staff is very friendly!

The entire staff was very upbeat and friendly and Dr. Ray was very warm and very easy to talk to and took his time to listen to all your concerns and answer any and all questions that you might have and address all your concerns and not try to rush you through your appointment.

He came in to meet me and I knew that he had reviewed my MRI already from what he said. I did not need surgery. He gave me options and I got to make the final decision. The fact that he did not push surgery and was so honest was refreshing, I would recommend him to anyone that has neck or back pain like I have. He was amazing.

Terrible.... 1st we couldn't get his office to schedule, had 2 be referred 3 times before they called, now they've canceled 3 times..... Been to ER for pain, MRI show significant cause to be seen. But we're going elsewhere.
Helpful, professional and personal. Made us feel like they really cared about us.

Dr Ray was good. He took time to answer questions and explain procedures and I didn't feel rushed. I also liked that he didn't immediately jump to the most invasive procedure without trying the least minimal procedures first. No complaints about the doctor. His nurse and office staff however are a different story. I have received impatience, rudeness, and general exasperation from his nurse when calling about my upcoming surgery and a insurance denial. Even the receptionist was abrupt.

Didnt listen to much of what i had to say. Didnt read my mri report or any tests i have already had. Prescribed me medication that interacts with my long term medication. And doesnt seemed interested in the care i actually need. Probably because of my insurance or i should have took the advice from other reviews of this doctor. Also, you fill out a packet of medical information some with repeating information and the staff does not even look at it to put in the system correctly. Nothing but prob
