Ive been with them over 5 yrs, and NEVER had an accident and now my rate is 200 more a month. No call no reason. So now im looking for other insurance. Why do companies need t be greedy-- IDK. This company was the BEST before the rate hikes.
Ryan was awesome and made setting up my new policies so easy. As an attorney, I love insurance and tend to go for max coverage on everything. Ryan totally got it and tailored my policies exactly how I wanted. It's great peace of mind having the right policies and a great insurance agent nearby if anything ever comes up.
