Roger Gibson is the best! He is brilliant and skilled at listening to patients, diagnosing issues and treating patients competently and holistically and with kindness and respect.
Perhaps it was an expectations issue on my end, but I would have appreciated a heads up before I came in for my yearly check-in that this office's policy is to add-on a "new patient" charge. Maybe that is how all medical doctor offices are run. I do not know. But, my expectation was to utilize my insurance zero deductible yearly check-up. My insurance said such a visit is free to me and they would cover the entire bill, but this office put a different billing code in.
