Run, don't walk, from this company. My AC unit needed a replacement circuit board. The tech that they sent put in a newer board that wasn't 100% compatible and kept tripping the unit. He even tried to get my spouse to buy a new $500 fan. I had to contact another (competent) company to put in the right board. The unit has worked correctly ever since. No new fan needed. They did offer a partial refund on the board (after a 30% restocking fee which I think is high). No refund on the labor. I told them they could keep ... read more
With our compressor out, we could hardly wait for new air conditioning. DJ and Brandon showed up early in the morning and worked out in the hot sun to make us cool. I appreciate their hard work, friendliness, and excellent support. We are very pleased and enjoying a cool afternoon.
Don’t seem to know whats wrong with the unit installed or duct work. My house is never the temperature it’s set at. 70,72,74. My houses temperature rises on some days to 80 degrees or more. There has been several men come out several attempts at fixing but nothing has changed with the temperature. Is there another company willing to help show this company what the issue is or why the men even asked me for a thermometer. Roger Newman Company installed our units in our house when we built in 2000. They have faithfully serviced our units and been very prompt, fair, and skilled over the past 17 years that we have used them.
Great company, i thought I was going to have to replace my entire unit but they were able to fix my existing unit and were very reasonably priced, honest and reliable people
