Dr Hucek and his office were very conscientious and kind. They listened to our fears, and concerns. Explained the risks and different therapies available. He is knowledgeable and has a tremendous amount of experience. His office person answered our questions and called to see how mom was many times. I would recommend if you want a no nonsense, skilled, experienced and down to earth surgeon.
Dr. Hucek was wonderful, took so much time to explain the procedure in early 2019. Didn't bring us in for unnecessary visits but was still extremely thorough. Our surgery went well, with his many years experience, we felt so comfortable with him and it made my family feel good about our decision. His manager was very patient with us and spent a lot of time on the phone calming our fears. Banner Thunderbird, was another story...
Excellent bedside manner. He made it terrified mother as comfortable as one can be doing an ascending aorta annuerysm repair. He took a lot of time to explain procedure. Nurses at hospital let us know he is excellent and people come from back east just to have him do their surgery. She came through with flying colors and back on her feet!
Dr. Hucek performed a triple bypass procedure on my heart and I have never felt better. His bedside manor is excellent and made feel very comfortable going into the surgery. I would definitely send my friends and family to him.
He has taken a physically healthy persons life and has permanately disabled him. Went in for Esophagus surgery and came out unable to walk, difficulty breathing, very short winded after just a few steps of walking. Left a tube in patient for over two months causing permanate stomach damage. Patient was lifting 200 lbs and now can't hardly lift 10 lbs. Left a 12 inch scar on chest among other knife cuts on chest and stomach. Patient barely surving. This doctor is the worst doctor ever! Stay aw
