NOTHING HIckel Construction is horrible! They he has properties all throughout downtown Eagle River, the Leases are so high that business soon go out of business. The Entire Valley River Center (which used to have Safeway and Payless) is empty except for the Alaska Club. He doesnt care to lower the lease space to let businesses start up there, he is getting money from his contract from Safeway so the building just sits there empty. He owns the Movie theater in Eagle River too, and for 5 years it sat empty because no one coul... read more
