El Dr Roger Mendis, es un Doctor excelente, con una amabilidad y disposición para explicar y responder preguntas y tema a tratar, es muy profesional y conocedor, ayuda y resuelve el problema por el cual uno va con el y las asistentes igualmente, son todos muy amables y accesibles, el atiende a mi hijo Andrew Calderon ( Autismo ) y es súper cariñoso y atento. While early for my 9:45 appointment, I wasn’t called by his assistant until 10:10 where the assistant did the usual. Checked prescriptions etc but never got to BP because a fire drill began. I never saw the doctor. I could not wait as I had another appointment some distance away. They said they would call me. Let’s hope.
This was a lovely welcoming office. The doctor and staff were warm , efficient and knowledgeable. I felt all my questions were answered in a very professional way.
My 2nd colonscopy with Dr. Mendis. I totally have trust in him. Imagine a doctor that's personable and direct. Very professional AND he can take a joke. If you're looking to be pampered and coddled, I don't know. I want a doctor that instills confidence in his skills and who is in charge. I have seen others and walk out of their offices. Dr. Mendis is the best.
