He seemed very knowledgeable and explaining the procedures for which he would be doing on me. I felt comfortable with these explanations. The only thing was I had to wait about 15 minutes after my appointment time.
I found the office staff very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with Dr Mendis. He listened to me and addressed my concerns.
Excellent video call with Dr. Mendis. He listened very carefully and was thoughtful and caring with his responses. He ordered additional tests and I left the call feeling like he was concerned about my health and was going to help me get better.
