Got a 2nd opinion with him and he gave me good advice during a couple consultations. He didn’t have to waste his time answering my questions especially when I wasn’t paying him but he did and he was patient and thorough.

I would just like to say that Attorney Roger Haynes Is an awesome Attorney. He has went above and beyond to help my husband, as his court apparent attorney. You would think that he was getting paid lol. He worked very hard for my family and I really do appreciate him. I had to do all my own legal work. He wouldn't file motions that needed to be filled. He attempted to put a murder case he had above mine and when the prosecutor was going to enhance charges (he was supposed to file the motion to suppress 2 months earlier) I had to be my own advocate. He had legal documents that had been forged by the U.S. Government and had video evidence of the lies and forgery and he didn't use any of it.
