Precision air and heat, llc based out of SC and NC installed a condenser unit and evap coil for me over 3 weeks ago. The 2 gentlemen that performed the installation were great and polite. Once done, I informed Precision that the supply temp was fluctuating. They informed me by text and voice that someone would come out to check the refrigerant pressures. No one showed or called.
