Scam artists Stay far away from this company, I used them to manage property i have in Bossier City . Every month they would over charge on repairs they claim to have made would never return phone calls and would not explain why the repairs where needed, so I decided to quit using them and the placed a fradulant lien on my property and now i havew to take them to court and travel there to Louisiana for all this garbage
they suck they were my landlord there selfish inconsiderate and want work with you at all, all they think about is your money if you are ever late on a payment they charge 25 for a late fee and if your late after the 10 they charge 65 dollars,you can spend that at rent max and get way better service
