Took a retainer, didnt do any work, which resulted in me being found at fault for both cases. Wont return phone calls. Filing a complaint with the court to recover the retainer I paid.

Tried scheduling a consult. He canceled. Then called me to schedule one 45 minutes after he left the voicemail, I did not get the message to the next day. Called him back told me to schedule, he said he wasn't in position to reschedule and to go to his website and he went silent. Didn't seem like he cared to much about rescheduling. Not sure what kind of lawyer he his but he does not communicate well at all.

I absolutely do not recommend this gentleman as a family law attorney. I retained Mr. Bundy’s services for a contentious post-decree matter in which the steps leading to an appeal had been filed by a previous attorney. Was our families attorney for four months. We spoke once, paid a retainer and then he didn’t file a notice for a month. He filed the notice and then next call said we were the bad guys and “black hats.” He missed an appeal deadline, all online messages, all phone calls for months. He took the money, essentially said we are bad people and ghosted. Do not hire Mr Bundy.
