My wife went here to a Dr Yost. never again very incompetent avoid this place
My experience at West Dermatology in Riverside was absolutely terrible, particularly due to the vile and ill-mannered nurse, Terry S. I came here hoping to get help with my acne problems but Terry was incredibly rude, condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful. She barely glanced at my skin before she proceeded to shove her one-size-fits-all skincare "regimen" down my throat. Very nice professional staff. The wait was about 35 minutes then another 10 minutes in the exam room. I m very happy with the visit and outcome.
Do not go to this Dermatologist. When I went in for a routine check, the dermatologist was on maternity leave. The nurse completed the body scan and took a sample of a mole she thought looked suspicious. When my bill came in, I was charged the doctor's rate and the charges that they assessed ended up being $547 which was 43% higher than the average charges for the area according to blue shield. I asked billing to check into my invoice but it has been 3 months and I have heard nothing.
My eye is more screwed up than before seeing this place, especially Dr.Lisa Zolaski-Larsen. After screwing up my eyelid, she puts the blame on my doctor. What a stupid lying bitch. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE & THIS LYING BITCH. SO FAKE & full of shit. GARBAGE, and I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS!!!
All I can say is her performed surgery on me that wasn't needed. He didn't want to use nitrogen, because he made more money with the surgery. He is greedy. I don't want to go into the whole procedure, but he wants to make as much money ass possible. He is a greedy pig. I advise everyone to get a new doctor.
After waiting 40 minutes for my appointment I literally heard Ms. Kaplan and Mr. Vega laughing about my exam in the hall! HORRIBLE experience!
I love this guy! He explains things well, has an encyclopedic knowledge of dings, bumps snd sunspots, even called me back to elucidate his further findings. The office staff are cheerful and efficient and they observe covid protocols rigorously. Go here to get frozen. Could not be more fun.
