Bad business practices!
This rating is about character, and having morals. It’s unacceptable that this matter has come to this point. As a business owner, I will not tolerate completing all work as outlined in your service quote and then being denied payment. This is a clear breach of agreement and a direct harm to my business. To make matters worse, the conditions my workers were forced to operate in were absolutely deplorable—infested with roaches, rat feces, and mold.
