If I could give zero stars I would. We were unfortunately contracted to use R.B. Sturgis to plow our home and private drive. Not one plow this year has come even close to decent. The plow drivers obviously have no idea how to plow. The first time they didn’t come at all. Every time after that they came hours upon hours late and then did a quick barely there touch to the snow leaving a sheet of ice and never came back. I spent a day staying at home (instead of going to work) for John and his colleague to come to my house and give me an estimate on my yard project. They showed up and they looked very enthusiastic and promised to give me an estimate within few days. They left and I never heard back from them again! I tried to reach John couple of times but each time the secretary said he is in a meeting! or I will let him know you called but I never got any call back. Just my project was delayed for a week unnecessarily waiting for them to g... read more
