Worst place ever!I had just switched to Dr Arumugam, Staff was horrible very rude on the phone and getting mouthy… I had called at the end of October as a new patient for a ER follow up for my liver…they said the best the can do was November 29 which is a long time for something important…I went and called their call center that got a hold of the ladies in the office and they changed their story and said the best they can do was November 13th @ 1pm and I said okay….on November 12th the rude office ladies called me and said t... read more
The guy was quick with my blood work apparently I have VERY hard to find veins. Truth be told I'm kinda a wuss when it comes to needles. Most times I pass out , how pussy is that. But this guy got it first time on time , no pain no fuss . Amazing
Love Palms medical. Love the staff and Dr. Roger. He always takes the time to explain everything and to make sure I understand what he’s saying. Would recommend him to anyone and have!

I love the staff at Palms! Early this year I got covid for the third time and needed a scrip for paxlovid on a friday. My wife drove over and they heard her out, went back to talk to Dr. Arumagan and came back with the scrip in hand.They are quick with a smile and answer my questions promptly and accurately. If they are not too busy we always have a quick chat and a laugh. Good people.
