Dr. Roger Hiser has been my physician ever since his practice opened in Cartersville. He took on the responsibility of replacing a physician who was beloved by everyone, which is a daunting task for a doctor. From the first time I met Dr. Hiser, I knew he was someone special, and he's been my doctor from that day on. Last week, I was in an emergency situation at my primary care doctor’s office and I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Dr. Roger Hiser and his staff at Cartersville Medical Group for their kindness and concern for me. Their actions went far above & beyond the call of duty; with a waiting room full of patients, Dr. Hiser decided to roll me personally to the hospital in a wheelchair from his office to the ER, which was a few blocks away after realizing an ambulance would take too long. Dr Hiser is very thorough and takes the time required to answer any questions. The staff is also very friendly and professional.
Good doctor but chronically over an hour late for appointments. I understand it on occasion, but he is late EVERY single time. My time is valuable too!!!!!
I always look forward to follow-up visits and share my various medical issues. Dr.Hiser takes the time to listen and explains things that are easy for me to understand. When I have been ill Dr.Hiser always has the answers and solution prescribes what is right and in 17 years my wife and I have never had an issue with any diagnosis, He was very helpful in finding me a spine surgeon after I received a questionable diagnosis from another surgeon.
